Meet UNiTE. 

TT: Describe UNiTE  in one sentence.

Clara: UNiTE foods is bringing the world a little closer with our line of high protein bars that are globally inspired.

TT: What inspired you to start your company? What makes your product unique in the marketplace?

Clara: I didn’t see any culture or flavor in the protein bar space so I wanted to fix that.

TT: How did you decide it was the right time to join an Accelerator? What are you most looking forward to getting out of the Target Takeoff experience?

Clara: We have had a great year building the brand and have attracted good interest from consumers. To me, the best time to ask for directions is at the beginning of the trip.

TT: What’s a problem you frequently face as a founder?

Clara: Bandwidth. As a mom and founder, I find myself constantly juggling my time.

TT: How do you stay motived through the ups and downs of growing your business? 

Clara: Our mission is to bring our products to those that have never felt represented in wellness. Having a strong “why” drives me through all the ups and downs.

TT: After this program, how do you see your company growing?

Clara: After the program, we hope to take our learnings and make our company and community better.

TT: What advice would you give someone looking to join an accelerator program?

Clara: Continuous learning is priceless. Learning through a group-sharing environment will really help you to think about your business differently.

TT: If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out, what would it be?

Clara: Just start! So many people allow self-doubt, or a critical mindset stop them from taking the first step.
